One very important thing to us was being able to get ahold of Arlex when we had any questions. Arlex was always available to speak to personally. This really gives you confidence in the company you are working with. It is such a pleasure not getting a recording or a live person that can't help you. Arlex only hires the most professional installers available. We had Jesus and Jorge (both USMC veterans) who were always nothing but professional, always on time and extremely hard working. The job they did was amazing, as I had no idea just how much has to be done to install solar. Not only was it done perfectly, it was installed beautifully. We show everyone that comes over what a beautiful job they did as we feel it is a work of art. They are also EXTREMLY neat and clean during their entire process, leaving absolutely No trash behind. You would never even have known they had been there working so hard all day because of how clean and neat they are. We not only have a beautiful solar system for life, we feel we also have friends for life in Arlex, Jesus and Jorge. We would recommend Cyberdyne to ANYONE who is looking into getting solar. However, due to the age of my home I needed new smoke alarms and wiring because my battery is in the garage, not outside. Jesus owner of 'Geezus Renewables' company and his partner Christian provided excellent professional electrical work to get the System up to code so it could be signed off by the Inpector.
